Eric Demeraski

Captain Eric Demeraski joined the Orange Volunteer Fire Association in April of 2017. He is currently the officer in charge of the Training Committee responsible for all department training.

Captain Demeraski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Paramedicine from the University of New Haven. He is certified by the State of Connecticut as a Firefighter II, Fire Service Instructor 3, Hazardous Materials Technician and is licensed as a Paramedic. Eric also is a member of Connecticut Task Force 1, which is a state wide Urban Search and Rescue unit. He is trained as a Structural Collapse
