The fire department holds fundraising events throughout the year to sustain the life saving services.  Proceeds of these fundraiser will go directly to the department to purchase life saving equipment.  The major fundraising events that the department holds are the carnival, boot drives, Santa's helper, Pancake Breakfast and Supper.

Proceeds will go to:

  • purchasing and maintaining apparatus

  • purchasing air packs, hydro testing air bottles

  • annual ladder and hose testing

  • purchase radios and gear for firefighters

  • training costs 

  • purchasing tools and clean up materials 

New thermal imaging Scott air masks that donations helped to purchase that the department put into service earlier this .


  • Boot drives- 2 held per year, early Spring and late Fall

  • Carnival- largest fundraiser that the department holds, first weekend of August, Thursday thru Sunday

  • Pancake Breakfast- in June at Station 2 once a year 

  • Santa's Helper- another major fundraiser, organized by the Auxiliary, held in December

  • Pancake Supper-held at Chip's restaurant annually in February
